Stewart Robin – Nest Plans

Nest Plans is a licensed architecture and interior design firm with offices in Fort Lauderdale. Stewart Robin is Nest Plan’s principal and lead project coordinator. Stewart has designed numerous modern townhouse projects in East Fort Lauderdale.

Stewart has worked in the field of design and architecture for over 30 years. Working in both construction and architecture, Stewart has a well-rounded understanding of the rich and complex processes, components, and systems of construction, including various fields of architecture. Stewart has completed many custom residential projects that meet USGBC LEED specs, including: a sustainable site, water conservation, energy conservation, indoor environmental quality, and use off green products and materials.

Contempo is an award winning General Contractor located in the Ft. Lauderdale area specializing in new construction. Contempo has more than 21 years of experience and have successfully built a number of high-end custom residences, townhouse projects and multi-family projects. They have built numerous projects in the Victoria Park, Coral Ridge, Oakland Park and Lake Ridge neighborhoods. They specialize in contemporary, modern high-end design and finishes. Contempo is headed by Juan Herrera and Ben Vidiella.
